I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies without feeling overwhelmed.I have a degree in Nutrition, Health and Wellness and have spent several years working with clients on weight loss, digestive health, and building sustainable habits. I’ve also coached and developed other nutrition coaches, which has helped me learn how to break down complex topics into simple, practical steps.What really drew me to this work is seeing how many people struggle with digestive issues or feel confused by conflicting nutrition advice.
